Terms and conditions

Purchasing Procedure.
Just2euro e-shop is meant only to place an order.
After you select the items that you wish to buy, you will receive the initial confirmation of your order.
It does not constitute the final acceptance of your order, and it does not constitute our obligation to sell the goods.
The contract and an obligation between us arise only when the final invoice is issued and sent to the buyer. Before that we have to check whether the items you have selected are actually in stock, and in which location (Lithuania or Poland).
This provision is a safeguard protecting both you and us in case it appears that the goods are no longer available in stock or an incorrect price for goods is indicated.
In the event a price for goods changes, we will always first contact you to make certain whether the modified price is acceptable to you.
If you have made a mistake in your order, contact us by e-mail and we will correct the mistake.
Should you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

Payment:
1. by bank transfer (to our bank account indicated in the invoice), or
2. in cash at receipt of goods.
That is a personal meeting between the seller and the buyer, and delivery of goods.

In Poland – in Warsaw or Bialystok.

All parcels from Lithuania to Member States of the EU require a mandatory insurance. The price of insurance for a parcel valued at 1,000 EUR constitutes 4 euros.
Ownership of packages is turned over to Lithuanian post and transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer. Shipping is a service you purchase from Lithuanian post along with your order from us, so any shipping issues will be handled by Lithuanian post. Insurance by default is not included.
